What Victoria Beckham offers is a little slice of her own personal brand of heaven. Her Autumn Winter 17 offering was made for a woman, like herself, who means business - oversized blazers and cosy rollneck sweaters, matched with sheer chiffon skirts and slouchy boots in fall-rich shades that flatter effortlessly. Her new make-up collection is a small but perfectly formed selection of beauty essentials, all wrapped up in neat gold packaging, a nod to the designer’s midas touch.
Somewhere between designing her autumn/winter line and gearing up to launch her second beauty collection with Estée Lauder, we managed to nab the impossibly chic and oh-so cool mummy, wife and entrepreneur for a quick chat about, well, everything.

That I never smile! I like to joke that fashion stole my smile…but actually I'm a very upbeat, happy person.
The perfect date night beauty look is…?
The new Paris look from my Autumn Winter 2017 makeup collection with Estée Lauder would make a great date night look. It's my modern take on a classic beauty look - eyes are defined with a graphic sweep of black liner, and then the lip colour is really opulent. With the Cassis Lipstick I wanted to match the colour of a rich French wine, and then the new Eye Ink Matte Eyeliner has a tailored felt tip for the perfect flick.
No wardrobe is complete without…?
These days it’s probably a white shirt. It sounds so simple, but that’s the beauty of it – it's just a classic that goes with everything. I like to wear mine slightly oversized for a more masculine look, which I often balance out with a feminine skirt. I always like to travel with a lot of silk crepe shirts in particular because they don’t crease, and you can dress them up or down.
The best piece of beauty advice you ever got was…?
My first ever experience with beauty was through my mum. I used to watch in awe as she got ready in the evening - I just loved the glamour of her makeup packaging and her fragrance bottles, I even used to collect the empty ones when she was finished with them! When I was little and my mum thought I looked a bit pale, she would rub a tiny bit of her lipstick on my cheeks to give them some colour. I've taken that memory and used it to inspire a new cream blush - my Cheek Creme in Blonde Mink. It gives a gorgeous, youthful pink flush.
The only 3 beauty products you should have in your handbag are…?
I always carry a nude lipstick, a bronzer and an eyeliner. My new makeup collection includes a new matte nude lipstick which has a really beautiful, natural colour that’s designed to give any skin tone a boost. The Eye Kajal eyeliner is my go-to eye product these days, because it has both a smudgy, smoky liner and an eye-opening nude too. I like a healthy glow, so my bronzer with Estée is ideal – it gives a gorgeously subtle sun kissed look.
