To use Extra Dimension Skinfinish as an eyeliner I wet my brush #210 with Fix+, dip it into the product and gently apply it to the inner eyes in thin layers.

Here I've used Brushstroke Eyeliner in brown in a very thin line just along the lash-line to give subtle definition to the eyes. This is such an easy product to use if you are a liner novice!
