Onstate is now a Shopify Premier Partner and one of only 10 in the UK to make the cut.
It’s a bit of a moment for us. When we started out, the aim was simple: do good work with good people. Over the years, that’s grown into something we’re incredibly proud of - a team that helps ambitious brands get more from Shopify and build for the long term.
Now, we’ve been named a Shopify Premier Partner. It’s almost the highest tier in Shopify’s new Partner Programme - recognition reserved for agencies who consistently deliver at scale, solve complex problems, and help enterprise brands turn big plans into better outcomes.
For us, it’s a real honour. It reflects the craft, care and thinking our team puts into every project - and the trust our clients place in us. We’re lucky to work with brilliant brands like Mamas & Papas, Crockett & Jones, Issey Miyake, World of Books, and Lullabellz. We’re grateful for the partnerships, and excited for what’s next.
Why it matters
Shopify’s new structure is designed to make it easier for larger brands to find partners who can operate at scale - and get the detail right.
As a Premier Partner, we get even closer access to Shopify’s strategic teams, priority support when it counts, and early involvement in what’s coming next on the platform. But more importantly, it gives our clients an extra layer of confidence: that they’re working with a partner who knows what it takes to get results on Shopify Plus.

How we got here
We’ve earned this by keeping our focus on what matters: designing around real business challenges, not just best practice. Solving for complexity. Building for scale. And approaching each project with a mix of precision and perspective.
It’s the same mindset we brought into our Tough Stuff campaign - where we focus on the harder parts of eCommerce that don’t always get airtime. Things like legacy systems, internal blockers, and data that doesn’t play nicely. The kind of challenges that don’t come with plug-and-play solutions.
