Taking advantage of the enterprise features of Shopify Plus, Onstate has delivered a multi-currency, multi-store solution with in-depth integrations for tax calculations via Avalara.
Content syncing across all stores and enhanced management tools make the most of the bespoke, content-rich templates. Fresh content as well as a large library of archived content from a previous WordPress implementation now looks fantastic and puts aesthetic control with the Crockett & Jones team.
Being able to submit repairs via extended custom forms is also hugely valuable to the Crockett & Jones customer. An optimised process that includes the ability to submit photographs and provide extra information enhances the famously high levels of customer service.
