Jan exemplifies what good looks like across the delivery roles and is responsible for developing and refining Onstate's processes and delivery models.
Jan explains:
With over 20 years in the digital arena I’ve experienced the incredible evolution of ecommerce first hand.
I joined the Onstate team in January 2021 after Covid-19 opened the doors for remote working opportunities and was drawn to Onstate’s integrity, ambition and ingenuity.
Having previously held both in-house and agency roles I’ve experienced platform development from both sides of the fence which really helps me understand our Clients’ expectations.
I’ve been brought on board to help shape Onstate’s delivery model in line with the ever-changing ecommerce landscape. Transitioning to Shopify is enabling a significant shift in focus for retailers and development team alike. It’s liberating to be able to concentrate on delivering enhancements without the perpetual requirement to also maintain and upgrade core systems. A breath of fresh air!
